Work Flow
1. Mechanical Frame: Weld the steel frame as per the posture of the design.After welding completes,paint anti-rust on the frame.
2. Modelling: Cover the frame with high-density foam after the movements test.
3. Carving: Professional carving masters have more than 10 years of experience.
4. Painting: Painting master can paint tree according to customer's requirement.
5. Packing : PP film fix the bubble bags,then put in a plywood case to protect it from any damage during the tansportation.
All material and accessory suppliers have been checked by our purchasing department. They all have the necessary corresponding
certificates, such as CE, UL, ISO9001, and reached excellent environmental protecting standards.
